You must pay especial attention to:

1.- Exterior appearance.

In this particular stage, is important to have a green and clean front,

2.- Inside presentation.

It is very important to show a lot of room, how? leaving extra space at the cabinets, kitchen counter and living room, leaving only the newest and the fewest. 

3.- Nice back Yard.

Here is very important to put special attention on the trimming (trees, grass dry branches), and empty spots to be covered with mulch.
